(man utd) Jersey Cheese Fudge cake

it was such an eventful week. Samantha, i apologise for being late!
also theres that champions league final coming up!
on another note, i can’t believe i survived this week! God help me! lets see..i got an unexpected angel on the phone, i did the all nighter with the assignment, i practised piano until the cows came home, i had to stop dance until august, i learnt a lot of lessons, “ovations” at college are so relevant (right dan! hahaha), we had only ONE big mac this week, and i accepted orders when i shouldn’t have.
i’m so drained. and that is it. i love you all!

Well, do you mind for feedbacks?
Maybe because my family and I don’t really eat super sweet stuffs, so overall, we preferred the Caramel Choc over the Cheese Choc. The cream toppings on the Cheese Choc was OK for me, but a lil too much for the elders.
And hor..I just realise the Caramel Choc that you did for me is a lil different from the picture in your blog (here). Can’t find the choc bits :p so you are right about trying very hard to maintain QC and time mgmt :D trust me, it will do you good. I was trying so hard to look for the choc bits ahhahaha call me gila :p
Eh I wan the oreo one next :D will let you know when the time comes. Most prob next month (after your prac exam) on the final week of June. It’s for my anniversary. Can?

perhaps you should set a certain number of orders per day. this will make sure that your cakes stays in quality :D

Yes I tried the chocolate caramel one and it was better to me than the cheese! Apologise for the mile high cream. Had ahem, certain complications with my piping tip! haha. lets just say we weren’t on very good terms that day…. *wink*
Awwww darln I’m so sorry! I normally fulfill all that stuff, you’re the first client I haven’t finished for on time! *slaps self* Never again kays =) You are right dead on about the quality control + time management. Just the implementation now; starting this week. I’m having a meeting with myself on how to control, manage & plan everything! I think the order limit for each day is really a good idea. I’ll be planning that in my lil self-meeting. Haha..there’re always an influx of orders for Friday!

hui wen THANK YOU!!! oh and am so sorry (to me and you haha) I couldn’t do the whole full blown jersey cake! i will, i will. soon. you caught me in the middle of an important assignment so with huge sadness (i really wanted to do it!), time didn’t let me make it like i wanted to! why lah must his birthday fall then. =/

No la, dear, don’t worry, I perfectly understand!! It was all my fault, ’cause I gave you such short notice, I am ever thankful that you took my order in the first place k. :))) haih, it’s ’cause I got stranded by this other cake person who ffk-ed me la, RAWRRR. I am very grateful for what you have done k, love! And it’s amazing, considering that it was done in such a short time! And like I said, we have next year! :D
