Absolutely gorgeous right? You knew I couldn’t disappoint when I said you were two degrees from awe!

The Ferrari F430 Scuderia!

The innard skinnards? Body: Chocolate Fudge. 1st layer: Caramel Almond Mousseline (didn’t manage to cover everything). 2nd layer: Deep Chocolate Fondant. 3rd layer: Marshmallow Fondant. Can you picture archaelogical layers of rock? Yeah, something like that! The nuts were the fossils buried between the layers.

Speaking of which. The last layer was a nightmare!!! The fondant was too hard (in my worry I’d added a little too much CMC), and I stood on a chair, a foot away from the table to roll it out. It was that bad! But after all, I slowly grew to love it and now I have fondly called it my baby Scud.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t keep my baby. But I do hope it made a whole other group happy!

Redd sure has a (gorgeous, if I may add!) girlfriend who got this dream car in edible form for him!

Thanks Po Leen for ordering this, even when I couldn’t take it! My will power fell through and I accepted it. Haha. I’m not proud of it, but I am happy with this car! I hope it tasted delish, girl!

And no, life has been pretty full (except for some dull moments waiting here and there. Waiting. I love waiting. At least that’s what I keep telling myself!) so Fast Furious 4 is still waiting to be watched on my lap. Top.
