Tuesdays with Dorie: Tiramisu Cake
BOOKMARKING TUESDAY!
But I can only post up pictures tomorrow!
I’m baking it in half, in a 5″ pan. Everything looks good, and mm that mascarpone (that hurts the wallet tremendously).
I’d say a STELLAR recipe!
Notes
I found poking them with a skewer helped the espresso go through.
I made more espresso. I really wanted to soak this baby.
I only added half the whipping cream.
I had a taste and said bye bye. Weep.
For now, visit Tuesdayswithdorie.com & the lovely Megan at My Baking Adventures for the recipe.
My favourite now:

Love the little cake idea!
I haven’t been TWD-ing in ages, but this was a stellar recipe to come back into with a bang! I can’t wait to show pictures.
Toodles for now ;)

Poking them with a skewer is such a great idea! I made extra espresso, too, since I really like that flavor, and I added a ton of the extract to the mascarpone cream. Can’t wait to see your pics!

Leslie Yours looks GREAT! The poking idea came from an Austrian Coffee Cake we make, so I suddenly felt a wave of experience come over me ha! Pictures YES, I can’t wait either =D
