fascination with japan

it’s hard not to admire japan.

their way of eating & diet.
they have moderation and beautiful presentation.
their mentality.
their work habits. (5 S’s)
their excellence in everything.
their eye for perfection.

their control measures.
their sushi.
their quirkiness.
their class.
their attention to small things.
their efficiency.

their diminutive desserts.
…their very haute couture desserts.
and pastries.
the french-japanese connection.
their simplicity. complexity.
their fashion.
their cherry blossoms.
sushi.

such desirable traits!

all this was spurred by a beautiful picture of a beautifully packaged box of japanese pastries and gained momentum when i found their work lifestyles are so efficient. so beneficial.

right now, i’m in love with french and japanese desserts! dessert is such an art.

isn’t this THE perfectest picture? adorable!

oh dear, i sense a french fascination coming up.

well, for those reasons, Japan is on my top ten list to travel to. And France close behind. hmm. Aren’t those two places beautiful? One filled with a rush of culture, old and new and the other filled with beeyootiful street lamps. Yes. That may just be my sole reason for going there.

Hmm WHY do I want to travel. I think I want to know the culture. Not so much see places. Hmm this travel business. I hear money is an issue. I will try to use all my baking skills to get into a tiny place there!
