Intrinsic Beauty
September 7th, 2009
You know, I am so grateful to the Lord for great leaders. We’ve got Pastor Daniel in our church who is just an amazing example of God’s work in a man who has decided to give his all to the One thing that matters (he also wakes up at 5, spends time with his Creator, walks at his park, checks in at a GLASS OFFICE [talk about transparency and not facebooking during work hours!!!!!!) at 8am, THEN goes to the gym everyday, personally says hi to everyone, shares the Word with the lotto-ticket man, writes letters to the Government)…he is just Nation-changing level, this dear great man of God.
…and then we have Pastor Chris who I have never really noticed but man he has recently been packing a punch into his sermons which I have never heard him have before! This is the sign of a man who seeks to please the Lord in all areas of his life. His sermon last week really gave clear steps on how to personally change, person by person. It should’ve been called, “How Backsliding Happens”. Pastor Daniel gives a God’s whole Vision, and Pastor Chris was down at our level, showing us how to change daily one by one. And one by one is how all of us transform to follow the God’s Vision. Isn’t it amazing, how God works? Through different personalities for different reasons? Humankind. Allowing themselves to be woven by the Lord. It’s just uncomprehendable. It’s beautiful.
Also this digressing habit I have. It’s also instrinsic & beautiful. And uncomprehendable. *corners of mouth quirk up* I really need to laugh less.
When you have a “problem with someone”. When you think someone’s different, think again. He’s there for a reason. Pray for him. People change. And when they submit themselves wholly to God and join hands with the more people submitting themselves wholly to God….that, is power. The beautiful submission of different lives to the Creator’s plan as He seamlessly weaves life’s story.
That’s Intrinsic Beauty.

He works all things together for the good of those who love Him.
*awe*
